I have a very happy Ghost Mantis who enjoys feeding on your wax moth grubs. They're always healthy and well kept in their arrival containers. They pupate into moths and keep my mantis well fed. Deliveries always on time, nice and tidy too.

No telephone number which is manned just says they are an online company only. FRUSTRATING. I normally pay via paypal but last order placed on the 07th Jan 2025 paid buy my Visa Card. BIG MISTAKE !!!!!! I have had no tracking details so emailed and they have sent some stupid excuse why they only have tracking for an order back in November 2024 which shows a picture which is not my address and none of our flats have different front doors they are all the same. Not like in the picture from back in November 2024. Checked with neighbours and no one has the package, which isn't suprising as door in picture is not our flats. Now I am trying to get refund but responses to emails are very slow. So I am stuck with no food for lizard and do not want to place another order until I am refunded the last order which has not arrived.

Have a very hungry growing tegu who can polish off several tubs of livefood a day so purchasing from local stores is becoming expensive. Decided to try out Livefood UK. First order was missing roaches 🙁 However, I called and let them know. No hassle, remembered my order and advised me it would be sent out the next day. Actually got sent out the same day and the missing roaches arrived the very next day! Excellent customer service, great prices, great selection. Will definitely be using them in future 😀

I have one happy blue tongue skink now she has some more crickets. I used to buy can o crickets from pets at home but their deliveries are virtually non exisent so i looked online and found live foods. So much more value for money.

Although i never received any confirmation from royal mail, it was dispatched and received pretty quickly. Thank you! Highly recommended.

I was told about Live Foods by a man fixing my window and they've been the best recommendation ever!
The 'mega tub' of locusts really are packed full with bugs, fantastic value for money and our beardie highly recommends them too!!
Even after 1 long delay with Royal Mail we had very few casualties so goes to show how healthy these bugs are!
We've also collected a few times as we realised how local they are to us and they're always ready bang on time!

Ordered through the postal strikes and had a fair few casualties in our order. With the weather and delays it couldn't be helped.
Ordered again highly impressed. Not one of our 50 dubias not in tip top condition and only 2 worms out of the sack been snacked on by their cohabitors.
A good feed and they're all thriving. Thanks our dragon will be happy.

Ordered 2 different types of roaches and was accidentally send the same type, sent them an email and within couple of hours had a reply. They have sent out the missed roaches and have allowed me to keep the ones sent to me by mistake. Customer service is top notch and I for 1 will definitely be ordering from the again. I highly recommend livefood UK for feeder insects.
