I expect it’s amazing if you want Italian deli stuff, but I get the impression they don’t want to be doing the postal work. They have Struggled to find items that have been sent to them and don’t honour the Evri ‘packageless’ service as advertised, I was sent away like a naughty child. I won’t be using again.

Dont go here as much as I should, but Francesca is a fantastic and very helpful lady. The foods are very very nice and her made to order pizza's are just amazing.
If you want to make something Italian in a traditional way that tastes great buy your ingredients here . Very nice indeed .

What a fantastic shop! If you like Italian food then you simply must visit. The lady is so friendly and helpful. She gave me lots of advice on how to cook proper Italian pizza and had all the ingredients that you just can't get in the supermarket. Very reasonable prices and well worth a visit.

I would maybe think twice about having parcels delivered here. I understand it’s an extra service that they aren’t obliged to offer, but they do offer it, so they should do it properly. After my parcel got delivered, then sent back the same day, then delivered again the next day, they tried telling me it wasn’t there, before finding it at the last minute. I told them exactly what the parcel looked like and which company it was from, and they still spent time staring at parcels that were the wrong company. It took ten minutes to collect a parcel with no other customers in there! I work in a store that does Parcelshop and would be mortified if a customer had to wait that long. Maybe a better organisation system is needed!

Ran by nice friendly litalian Bella Donna, we post our Hermes parcels there. Please remember to wear your mask as she doesn't want to ask people to wear them. You should respect her wishes as if she got Covid it would be the end of the business. Lots of Italian food.

Very good, helpful staff, and a Hermes pay print post terminal, handy for large parcels to post, if you dont have a printer. HALF PRICE compared to the post office. Will use again.

Lovely Lady in the Shop, i had a nice chat! As italian it was like be in a small deli shop in Italy! Nice cheese, charcuterie and a lot of other stuff ! And fresh italian’s bread if you need it! 😃
