I ordered a jacket online from love golf clothes, which was unfortunately way too big for me. After returning it for a refund (no alternative sizes were available on the site to exchange) I am told that the jacket is marked and will be sent back to me. Looking at the photos of the marks they won’t have been caused by trying the jacket on. It was a white jacket and I was very careful with it. So it’s turned into a very disappointing and expensive online shopping experience. It’s not worth the risk shopping online with them which is a shame as the shop has some lovely looking golf clothes.

Absolutely fabulous customer service, perfect products for all us golf loving women!

I ordered a pair of waterproofs that when arrived were a little, how do we say, snug.....I was a right pain in the preverbial but Love Golf were great to deal with, sourced me an alternative & sorted out the return, all with a jolly smile on email....

My favourite golf clothing retailer, lovely, very stylish, always have new arrivals and plenty of stock. Love that they have 'Fit Tips' advising on the sizing of each item whether it typically comes up large or small, really helpful for me as I am 'between sizes'. They also have excellent customer service with easy returns, and fast delivery. Received my Rohnisch bag today (a little pre-lockdown treat!) and I love it.
