The absolute best, I’m so happy I found this business. The customer service is out of this world, I could share some anecdotes but at the risk of boring you, I’ll save it and allow you to experience it yourself.

update I understand the current situation but I agreed to pick up some lobster tails over the phone. When I got there, I hadn’t been previously told but the lobster tails were now half the size and the price had increased by nearly 40%
Could have told me so I wouldn’t have wasted a journey, not impressed at all, even the flavour was appalling. Will be going directly to billingsgate myself.

Good Customer Service. Very friendly and helpful. And fresh fresh seafood. I just bought the freshest Cod Roe today! Not a whiff of fishiness ?

Google info is wrong. They Open from 9am in the mornings, from Tuesday to Saturday.

We are a restaurant based in Newcastle upon Tyne and have been getting our seafood supplies from Lui Seafood. Lobster, Crab. Prawns and other fish are all supplied by them packed brilliantly in ice boxes and delivered within 24 hours to your door step. Prices reflect the market and the service is outstanding. Mr Lui the owner himself ensures the delivery is completed to our satisfaction. I would recommend to anyone looking for quality seafood supplies to anywhere in the UK.

I've been today at this fish shop and is definetely the best fish shop ever in the whole area, the prawns was huge and tasty, the place is spotless and tidy, I recommend this shop and the prices are just right, cannot wait to go there again even if I live in dagenham is definitely worth the journey. Also great customer service ?
