I recently purchased my first car in the UK, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. As someone who had no prior experience driving in the UK, I was a bit nervous about the process, but the Franklin (director) was incredibly helpful and made everything straightforward.

The service and communication were outstanding. He patiently answered all my questions and provided clear guidance at every step. One of the biggest conveniences was that they delivered the car to my location free of charge, which was a great relief.

The car came with a fresh MOT, ensuring everything was in perfect working order. He also assisted me with the car registration and road tax payment, which was helpful as I was unfamiliar with the UK system.

I have bought cars from many trades over the years, but not one of them comes even close to the service and quality of this trader. As for the car (Hyundai i30, it far exceeds my expectations and what i expected) It is has low mileage (65K) for the year 2013, in immaculate condition inside and out, mechanically sound and drives and runs like a brand new car, very very smooth.
I can not express how much i would recommend this trader. All his previous reviews are 100% accurate and true, and that says a lot. And i can only say i will never use another trader for a car again.
Franklyn is an extremely open and honest trader who 's main aim was solely to provide myself with the best possible car for my needs and not just to get a sale. I can not emphasise the trustworthiness and above and beyond customer services and business practices. A********

To put it simply I had a great experience. I had just passed my test and was eager to get a car ASAP. The whole process was fast from purchase to driving. We had a long winded way of purchasing the car but Franklin was v patient, understandable and hospitable. Very personable person. Appreciate the car!
