There was one gent getting served at the till. I joined the queue behind him avoiding getting in people's way. An old man then decided to queue next to me to push in and then everyone followed suite meaning I was basically ignored even though they all came after he pushed in and the staff said nothing. Felt embarrassed and walked out discarding my item back on the shelf. Every year we wonder how that staff member (older. Blonde hair + glasses) even has a job as she has no customer service skills and lacks even an ounce of politeness. Who owns this shop and how are the reviews getting ignored

I'm afraid l have to agree with other reviews mentioning the lack of customer care skills from the lady working there.
It is off putting to say the least, a smile and thank you goes a long way.
I haven't had a problem taking my dog in like others have said although l haven't felt totally relaxed. For the customers who have had a bad experience with their dogs l wonder why shops have signs saying " dogs welcome" when they clearly haven't been .

Called in today and even though its supposed to be dog friendly i left my dog outside with my partner. The miserable woman behind the counter came out asked my partner to move the dog away because he did a wee against the wall!!! Then sprayed something. I would like to know where my dog is supposed to wee. I suggest she goes on a customer service course, ive never seen her smile and shes always moaning about customers & dogs ...Disgusting behaviour

Very rude women behind counter, Said "can you not read" when a customer asked to pay by card. The shop itself is full of overpriced tat that is very poor quality. I would leave 0 stars if possible.

Staff moaning about customers is not a great look. Products are cheap as they are poor quality. If you want it last 5 mins then this is the cheap tat you were looking for. Not a discount store as they would have good brands but discounted. More plastic for the land fill. Thanks M and B for selling such tat. There is not a 0 star rating unfortunately
