Very bad staff at the cash counters. Specially the fair guy with a cap.
He speaks bad about other country people. He spoke bad about Indians when he did a mistake in a bill and I questioned him on the number of items. He immediately spoke something stating Indians in a different language the next customer. I could understand clearly he spoke bad about Indians. Such a racist staff in this shop.

I only use this shop to buy bread and milk now as I've had issues with some of the boxed food in there before ( Quaker oats that had a nest of insects inside it ) but today I bought some dumpling mix, I didn't notice the date until I got home but wasn't surprised when I noticed they were out of date. This shop needs to do stock rotation and regularly check dates on their food. I don't eat out of date food so I wouldn't expect a shop to sell out of date food.

Very humble supermarket, almost everything avaliable here, they are specialized in halal and Arabic food.
The staff was kind and helpful.

I Went to M&T store on Caldmore Road Satuday 24/05/2025. I Go to this supermarket 4 to 5 times a year as I live in London. I buy all my bulk spices, lentils, nuts, atta, tin spinach, paper plates for events from this store, when I come down to Birmingham to visit family and friends. I grew up local to this store on Bath Road, went to the local school at Caldmore primary school in the late 70’s. The staff at this store are very helpful and polite. The store is full of world foods and variety. Tends to have good offers on Ahmed’s pickles and dry ingredients like lentils & nuts. Store is fully stocked so don’t need to worry when I purchase in bulk. Found the store to be clean and organised. Would buy meat but not easy to transport 125 miles to London. Love this supermarket.Amazing variety of items from India, Thailand to African products. Best store to buy items if u cook from scratch and enjoy cooking world dishes. Thank so much for this beautiful amazing supermarket experience. Azra

Excellent stock, first time visiting and very sure I will be back, I spoke to one staff member who was so helpful and friendly and pointed me in the right direction, the only thing I could not find was dry popadoms only wraps.
Prices very good.

Excellent variety of international and continental foods. You can't go wrong here.

Parking is available behind/aside nafees bakery or around the front of shop on 2 hour bays. Avoid parking on loading area, you will get a ticket.
