Excellent and really helpful customer service, we had issues with two new submergible pumps and each time they had no issues with exchanging each time, we have now got the right pump, can't thank the team enough.

The products I brought was good, but the store attendants was very patronising and belittling, almost seemed as if I was disturbing their day by walking into their shop and enquiring and buying their products.

Bought a rather beautiful log burner from here. Service was great in store, although issues with delivery and being charged the next day are waiting then a week.

Sorry but very poor picked up Clark log saw spent two hours putting in together worked for ten minutes the fuse kept blowing phoned shop a spoke to Chris manager he ordered a replacement and as I was not keen on putting it together again he did this for me
Picked new machine up got it home switched it on and it was faulty and dangerous phoned shop and even though they had put it togeather they had not switched it on to test it
I then had to go back to shop again 30 minute Jerney and demanded a full refund which was given
Machine was very dangerous and should have been tested before leaving shop

I've bought myself a Clarke welder and a few bits and bobs from here today. I have to say, the whole event was pleasant and educational. The staff members were more than happy to help with anything they could.
I'm more than happy to recommend them to anyone thinking of buying from them.

Had two Clarke generators now from this branch at Chester. Disgusting service both generators failed within 6 months, machine mart will not honour warranty. Taken the second generator for repair and returned it with cracked handle and screws missing. There answer is bring it back again and wait another 10 days plus for a repair without a generator to use! Branch manager Chris is a complete joke and doesn't understand trading standards fit for use policy. He's rude and even took screws from another generator in the store to put into mine and no care about the fact they have returned it with a broken handle. His answer speak to customer services. Customer services are disgusting and just put the phone down on you. Why are Machine Mart thinking they don't have to honour warranty. And still no repair on the generator.!!! Let's see what the senior managers response will be to Trading Standards contacting them.
