Great service and knowledge from High Wycombe Majestic as ever. I had a discount voucher but couldn’t find the email. No worries! Amazing customer service. Late in the day, I placed a click and collect order for a few bottles of this organic wine we love, which has been out of stock everywhere else for a few months now. I had time constraints so contacted the shop to see if my order could be ready that evening. I spoke to a really friendly chap, who expedited the order and packed it there and then for me to come and pick up straight away. However, my car had other ideas and refused to start (and ended up being towed to my local garage). I phoned up Majestics High Wycombe again to let them know it'd be a while before I could collect the bottles, at which point this other really sweet and helpful man came up with a way to have the order delivered to me the very next day. I was absolutely blown away by their flexibility and by how they went the extra mile to resolve this issue for me. Truly 5 stars!! Thank you again for your help.

Always receive really great service from David and the team at Majestic HW and appreciate their expertise. An amazing experience! As soon as we walked in, we were offered a glass of organic cava by the lovely manager David and he showed us around. His colleague Mark then took over and offered a few glasses from the tasting counter. We ended up buying 6 bottles of wine, beers etc and rented an ice bucket with ice. Truly Majestic experience! Lovely staff. A customer ordered a case of wine to be delivered to their friend who used to live at our address but moved 5 years ago. We were baffled as to who the wine was for, then another case arrived today plus a complementary bottle of champagne. Mystery now solved and the manager not only came to deliver the cases to the new address but has given us a fantastic bottle of red for our inconvenience. The only inconvenience was restraining ourselves from breaking into the gift which clearly wasn't for us but looked excellent!

Staff knowledge not too good and the stock they have to sell doesn’t help them. They, unfortunately are swimming uphill. Why no non alcoholic Heineken 330ml bottles, in my opinion they would sell faster than cans and should maybe slightly lower price and better taste..

Fantastic range of wines. Better if purchased by the case!
Always warm and welcoming staff, and the sample area is always well stocked with a different selection each visit.
