Izzy was truly amazing i went to her to order some flowers for my mum, who had very suddenly unexpectedly passed away, she greeted me with a smile and a hug, made everything simple and easy to do, i didnt have to pay for them straight away. She supports you every step of the way and reassured me if things needed changing last min it was ok.

I know this is meant to be a review, but I think that on this occasion the format just doesn't do justice to the services I received from Izzy. So on the Sunday 12th September I tried to order a Funeral Wreath for a neighbour who had passed away, unknown to me my Bank had suspended my card, so failure and dejection for me no Wreath for Gladys, I went to Bed with a deep sense of failure. Rolling forward to Monday 13th September 8am, I receive a phone call from Izzy she's at the wholesalers do I want the Wreath made, the order was still standing on the system with the message for the card, don't worry about the money we'll sort out the money later I say yes. She made up the Wreath delivered it to Conyyhill Hill Crematorium, as I didn't have the Funeral directors! Now after five attempts to pay!?! I speak to my Bank unfreeze my Card and have a long conversation with Izzy, what can I say a completely beautiful human being... Thank you so much for being you, please don't change...!

I ordered the paso doble basket flower arrangement for my Mums birthday and it was beautiful. Exactly as shown on the website picture and the flowers were extremely fresh and beautifully arranged. It made my Mum's day and she said she would highly recommend. And so would I!

They prepared our flowers for our wedding and the entire process was a pure joy from start to finish. We met Mel for a consultation and she created a mood board for our theme before we decided on our final arrangement. Mel then personally delivered all arrangements, button holes, bouquets etc. To the venues in plenty of time. We would highly recommend Make Their Day Florist. Thank you Mel and the team.
