Why have all the public seats been removed from the shopping centre? It has been like this for months. For less able and older people these seats are brutal for them to do there shopping and rest as and when necessary. Why have these all been removed and when will they be returned or is this a "shopping centre management ploy" to reduce the number of people using the shopping centre... I can't see why they should be removed otherwise...

Sad and hardly nothing in there. Also, take an umbrella as the glass roof leaks. The council has run the town into the ground, putting up rents,and independent shops can't compete. There are nice pubs there and cafes. But that's it.

It is hard to judge this place as it is in the process of redevelopment. What shops there are, are good and once the improvements are finished it will hopefully return to the bustling place it was

It's okay for a little town like Burgess Hill

The Market Place isn’t quite the Mall of America or the Dubai Mall, but it is an awesome part of Burgess Hill. Park at Waitrose and spend a bit to get the parking free, or park a little further away on street at Church Road, Crescent Road or Cyprus Road for free parking for an hour or more.
Don’t forget the smaller shops here, lovely jewellery and small gift ideas.
They also have clean public toilets on the first floor, with a lift

Nice under cover shopping area. Toilets are very clean as is the whole centre which is bright and inviting.

Ok small shopping mall with basic shops. Looks a little round down outside and could do with some improvement.
There is a Great antique shop and warhammer/ board game cafè.
