A lovely place with friendly shop owners, the shop near the entrance sells crystals, incense and other items, the cafe inside serves some really nice food and has a lovely atmosphere, I've been to the hairdressers and had my hair done there a few times, there's a butchers also which sells an excellent variety of meats, even selling some spice rubs and other extras.

I hear the whole place is to be turned into a children's play area, even though there's already two within Cwmbran. The market village is one of few things left that bring something special to our small town and it's being taken away.

This place needs a much needed upgrade used to be a busy little market now bare with very little shops . This place is in need of people visiting and buying supporting local businesses. The crystal shop would be perfect for your Halloween needs and so many more decorative items

Always something to see when visiting the Market Village.
I'm more than happy with the service from the Jeweler there, he is very good and helpful.
If hungry there is a choice of freshly made rolls or hot meals available. And for that unusual gift, that can be found there to.

Lots of empty stalls but.. its not a bad little place, and Maggies I think its called (the cafe) near the back of the market does do an awesome breakfast and whilst a little pricey the food is spot on, I've actually gone all the way there from cardiff just eat there. There is also an awesome little sweet shop and a barbers which I love
