Super impressed with the team who served at the cafe . Everyone especially Nicola did their job with great pride . I am a tourist travelling all the way from the other side of the earth . Was super wowed by the dedication and efficiency of the team. Also at the food hall I see the staff working diligently and doing their part the company . Well done team !

Had lunch today in the 2nd floor cafe at Canterbury and was extremely impressed with the staff there. It was a busy period but the whole team worked brilliantly together. Service was speedy, efficient and with a smile. The master barista was an absolute star and had his eye on everything. Superb.

Nice food area. Not a great selection of clothes. I usually order those online and collect them from the M&S the other end of town where the parking is free. Why would I want to pay to park in Canterbury?

I love this M&S.
Food hall downstairs is amazing, always freshly baked bread and scones.
Vegetables and fruits are fresh. Staff is always nice.

Upstairs is the clothing and the collection point.
I had already a few times problem with their machine, it tend to not recognise our orders, but staff was always very helpful and they could solve the problem instantly.
Returns are very easy to manage.

Highly recommended.

Absolutely love this store and have done so since I was a child my family's favourite and mine beautiful shoes/lady's jewellery & many lovely choices of food and absolute fantastic store and such friendly staff as well

This place is excellent and I thoroughly recommend that you visit it helps if you are middle class middle aged with he Middling income then these products will be perfect for you if you are an urban youth then you may find that there are shops better suited to your tastes and special urban desires
