My lovely glitzy trousers suit was bought for me as a gift from marks and Spencer in leeds. It’s beautiful quality and you can wear it together with the jacket fastened or you can put a top and wear the jacket open? And you can also wear it has separates I love it.

I'd love to leave a review for the manager, Janet who helped me today when my Google Pay wasn't working at the checkout. Janet went out of her way to support me, including checking on another till point and managing the delay to other customers. She went above and beyond by then paying for my lunch herself as my card continued to not work - this generosity is what life is about and its really meant a lot! Thank you so much, Janet - this is what M&S is known for.

Transiting yesterday through Leeds from Skipton, N Yorks to Southampton I was helped along by some lovely people, - railway staff, a British Transport Police officer and a helpful M&S worker who all went out of their way to make an elderly person's journey less stressful. What lovely people they all were, and what a contrast to those at Birmingham New St Station on changing trains. Why should the staff culture in Leeds be so different to those elsewhere?

Great selection but a huge shame that staff can’t serve anymore. I had to pile the self service till up… things flying around everywhere… made a giant pyramid to keep it all on the little storage but ?…… and I was told they are only allowed to serve in person if paying cash. This is a very strange rule and must cause havoc at such a busy store. Really weird but the food is great as usual

Good selection of products for anyone on the go or rushing for a train. Usual m & s items available and I usually pop in every time I'm in leeds. Friendly staff however many checkouts self service now so it's not the same but it has made it faster to get through and out again when rushing

Great little M&S on the station. Fantastic selection of take out food and unlike many the food is lovely. A little expensive but worth paying as the food was so good for food on the go. Definitely would go again and definitely choose this over other places on the station.

I asked the 'store manager' if they still sold the large bags of Sour Cream & Chili Lentil Curls which I bought from there over a year ago. He said 'we've never sold the large bags'. I know this to be incorrect, so I mentioned that I had bought the large bags from that store before. He went on to trumpet 'I'm the store manager and we have never sold the large bags'. Not wanting to be made out to be a liar, I objected again stating it might have been a one-off but I have definitely bought them from there in the past. Unwilling to accept it might have been a one-off and lacking in any kind of manners, he ignored me and continued stacking a fridge.

Frankly, I'm not one to complain or write negative reviews but with this kind of arrogance from an M&S 'store manager', I will make an exception.
