Not good at all. We have ordered an item online. Payment taken but no confirmation of order, in fact no communication at all and certainly no sign of the item we ordered. Not answering the phone or responding to emails. UPDATE: great response to my review, but meaningless when two days later still no contact from the shop. No response to emails, phone not answered and payment taken from us without delivering the goods or providing refund. Pls check your hotmail account. It is madness that the only way I can get a response from you is through your google reviews. This is an unbelievably rubbish customer service.

It was my 1st visit to this shop and the staff were very helpful. I asked one staff member where a certain item was, then another member of staff where other items were as I couldn't be bothered to go looking. They were both so very helpful. The lady at the checkout was happy and smiling and very polite. When I spoke she engaged in conversation. All in all a lovely welcoming place to shop. And...I got everything I went in there to buy. Great shop ?

Always a friendly store and stock many things, I personally preferred the old design as now its harder to get around the and the shelves are over stocked, don't get me wrong I still go there weekly but I have to keep asking where things are

Love this place it saves the trek into town if its things like cards or the odd baking tray you need. It's surprising what this shop has in stock and prices are competitive and is also on a main bus route, what more can you ask for?
