I asked for a parcel to be delivered here by DPD. The assistant refused to hand it over to me (saying it did not show my name although I had an email confirmation) and became very belligerent - swearing and pushing me. When I retrieved the parcel it did show my name, albeit in small print.

Tried to deliver a UPS parcel and male behind counter was rude and combative. Eventually chucked my parcel back at me and I've gone elsewhere. If I could give zero stars I would.

Rude unhelpful staff.

If you are thinking of using the store as UPS drop off at a weekend and have anything larger than a tissue box then don’t bother ! The unhelpful male behind the counter will refuse your parcel. Find somewhere else.
