Quick delivery and outstanding customer service. When one of the products I ordered arrived unsealed and leaking, I reached out to them, and they responded immediately, replacing the product right away. The products are actually packed really well, so it was just a case of a one off. A following up email received after to check if everything was ok with the replacement, I'm very impressed and pleased with their service.

Fantastic service!
I’ve used Mexgrocer a few times and have always found them to be great. They’ve got a good range of products (including a great range of decently priced tortillas - both corn and flour).
I recently put in an order and there was an issue with the delivery through DHL. Adriana was lovely getting it sorted. She was really fast to reply to my email and even faster getting a solution set up. I cannot recommend them enough. It’s easy to have great products but great customer service takes extra effort and they’ve absolutely nailed it!

Despite website stating they were open, when I turned up, no one answered the doorbell. There was a notice with a phone number which I rang and it went unanswered. Another customer was also in the same predicament. We both had to leave frustrated and unable to purchase what we wanted.

Update. I’m no longer happy with their services because one of the customer services staff said they could help with something, now spoke to other staff who say they cannot. They should provide customers with the correct information.
