5 stars ain't enough to express how I feel. I'd say that their produce are limited edition or vintage or whatever best expression you've got there!
This review is coming from someone who had her first order mixed up, hence very unbiased. I would have kicked off that I was supposed to get 1L of organic milk on that day while the 1pint homogenous organic whole milk will come on Friday not the other way round. I would have rushed here to start moaning about thier incompetencies on my first day delivery but no! I'm not fashioned to cry wolf unnecessarily.
I rang their customer service line in the morning and was notified that the organic whole milk isn't available and instead of leaving me without milk, they brought the 1pint but it should have been 2pints. My delivery was scheduled asap for the extra one pint. Hearing that a produce was unavailable left me nostalgic as I recall the good old days when agricultural produce, allowed to grow in thier natural state, without any form of interference could be out of stock in the market.
Lets fast forward the tale to breakfast time. My son had a taste of the milk prior pouring his cereal and screamed " mum this milk quite taste different compared to any milk you've brought to this house". I would never drink milk alone but his reaction compelled me to have a taste, my goodness!!! Palatable isn't just the best word!!
My taste bud went aback to the good old days as kids, whereby we constantly ran milk down in the house as we just can't get enough of its natural sweetness.
To Milk&More management, can I beseech thee to continue in this high standard milk sourcing and production. I'm all out for all or none! All for perfect quality or none if out of stock.
I read reviews about cost. To be honest, is there any commodity in this planet that is top notch quality that couldn't appear to be pricey? A saying often goes "buy cheap buy twice". As a 6 star google reviewer, I'm going to leave my honest opinion here and fingers crossed, the quality, standards remains unchanged.

Used to love M&M but over the last 2 weeks the milk delivery person is just dumping my milk at the wrong address. I've spoken to 'customer services' every delivery day, I've emailed pictures of my door, I've emailed a Google earth pic with my address clearly marked on it and STILL it's being dumped at the wrong door. I'm disabled, this is almost an essential service to me and yet again I'm stuck waiting for my home help to come in at 10am just so I can have a cup of tea. This is now APPALLING service. Would not recommend at all.

Being woken 3 times a week by noisy diesel delivery van at 3:30am. Thanks Milk&More you really set me up for a great day.

My family still being awoken regularly even after complaining and being promised it won’t happen again. Apparently all drivers are supposed to have electric vehicles? This driver has diesel transit!!!

Service quality has been reducing for some time now. The service was originally fantastic, our milkman, Jim was really good with early deliveries and never let us down over many years, we really couldn't fault them. But recently standards have started to slip, missed deliveries with no warning, just no milk and then our days were changed from Mon, Wed, Fri to Tues, Thurs, Sat with no explanation, we were just told that was it, really inconvenient because the deliveries matched my days in work and the milk now arrives after I have left to go rancid in the heat. Now we have to have a spare pint in the freezer to cover all the missed deliveries and I've just had my fill of it and sent in a complaint. As they have not responded, we are changing our supplier. After many years with Milk&More I can no longer recommend them

We have used Milk and More for approximately 13 years, Jim was our delivery man and he was very reliable, never missed a delivery. Recently our delivery days were switched from Mo,We,Fr to Tu,Th,Sa as well as the delivery man changed. Now everything is totally unreliable, some days no deliveries without notification, or any even delivering at 11am! You have to call Milk and More to find out they can’t deliver when not delivered on time and ask for a refund, and payment is a week in advance. Their system is not satisfactory. Reluctantly, we have now cancelled all future orders due to ongoing delivery reliability issues.

Wasted opportunity. We had the best experience with M&M for years, then deliveries started being missed and the new, very young, milkman became too lazy to come up our drive. He constantly made up excuses about things like the drive being too narrow (although over 3 years of previous deliveries would contradict that), and would leave over a weeks worth of bottles scattered over our garden path when he did come. The call centre appeared to be helpless to change anything so in the end we cancelled. Such a shame.
