I regularly shop at Mole Valley Farmers in Cullompton, and it’s always a great experience. The staff are super friendly and genuinely helpful, whether I’m looking for farm supplies, pet food, or advice on products. They know their stuff, and it shows—they’ve saved me time and money with their recommendations more than once.

The store is well-organized, making it easy to find what I need, and prices are reasonable with some great deals, especially on bulk items. Parking is easy, even if you’ve got a trailer. It can get busy on weekends, but the service makes up for it.

Overall, it’s my go-to place for anything farm and garden-related, and I always feel well taken care of.

Looking for materials for my builder mate to construct a CATIO, he mentioned Mole Valley. Found it but bowled over by the sheer size of it. Thought I had come to the wrong place.

All staff were smiley ☺️ ? ? and helpful but those in the shop told me I would fund the mesh I needed in the yard. Went into the yard 'shop' and explained what I had in mind. I was taken directly to two possible rolls of mesh. Perfect. The young man carried one roll to the shop (different counter to the one I first found) checked the price and told me the size. Thinking about it, I guessed I would need 2 rolls. Back he went (in sweltering heat) to fetch another. Delighted, I paid. And the kind man carried both rolls to my car.

The first two ladies I met there who were at the first counter, serving gave me directions to avoid the blocked road through Cullompton due to a fire and a broken down lorry. Thanks to them I had a lovely ride home through beautiful countryside.

WOW. Only wish I was a farmer so I could buy some of the more interesting items there. A real pleasure to go there and be served by smiley people.

Thank you Mole Valley.

Had to wait ages at the till as only 2 people serving on a SATURDAY! The lady I had didn't seem confident .... they don't take blue light card. Pretty poor really. Not going to be rushing back.

Popped in here to buy some chemicals which they had in stock. Was cheaper than I usually pay for the same chemicals. Loved walking around the shop as had some good displays. Was easy to pay for what I bought and I liked the car park and found it easy to park right outside the store.
