We went to return an item, while returning it the staff there received the item and threw it into some bag. The item was an expensive wrist watch and light decoration. When we went back to confront them about this issue another staff told us "Next time don't return the items through our shop, as the parcel drivers are treating the parcel by throwing them into the van. "... Very poor behaviour, not at all customer-friendly, insulting behaviour presented.

Really upset by the service I received when using the Hermes ParcelShop. The person who was supposed to be helping me was extremely rude and told me to get out of the shop after he made a huge mistake with scanning the parcels. I won't be going here again.

Sadly it is no longer a post office but it's a store that you can buy varied groceries and magazines from.
Just remember that if you are going in just to buy lottery tickets or scratch cards (no matter how much you spend) they want you to only use cash, so unless you have cash on you, (esp as many people use their card these days), then you may as well go somewhere else to do it...

Listed as a Hermes parcelshop with print out facilities but staff member advised I cannot send anything with a Hermes QR code or just with no label, because they don't have a printer.
