Shambles of a company. Paid for some leaflets that were supposed to be delivered on 4th April. Driver called to say he had broken down and so would deliver the next day or following Monday. On the Monday we received no call but the tracking said he could not get access to the building - despite it being open and 3 people available in the office. He had made no attempt to deliver. Was promised the delivery the next day but the same thing happened - he said again no access. This time I was waiting outside the building as he sailed past in his van without making any attempt to stop with a large parking space in front of me! Was told by the company that after 2 failed attempts to deliver the items would be returned to sender - THERE WERE NO ATTEMPTS TO DELIVER!!!!!

Had paid for a next day delivery to be delivered on a Friday. Nobody turned up. No one answers the phone or advises you of any issue with your delivery. Had a text on Monday to say it was out for delivery same thing happened again driver never showed up. In the end I took it upon my self to find the depot and collect it myself. Apparently the driver had to finish early both days but then had still planned a full day's deliveries for them and not informed any of customers who were due later that day because in the staff members own words " We have to many returns". If you have to go and collect the goods yourself from there own warehouse then you really can't call yourself a delivery company. Shocking service. AVOID

Ordered on 29march put leflet in wrong house on 31 March, constant phoning 4 days said delivery dates, didn't show up finally I picked it up myself, 11 days altogether , hope i don't have them again.

Monex Distribution look to have replaced Bridgetime Transport in Cwmbran as the APC Depot for Newport. Bridgetime Transport was bad, but these guys are even worse! They NEVER answer their phone or respond to E-Mails.

Got to be the most rubbish courier company going… always have excuses. Service is literally 0! Hope another company finds a gap and takes over them.
