Lovely large function room, we had our wedding blessing and reception here, it felt very private and having the outside area with a gorgeous play area and seated area was brilliant. There's a beautiful pagoda outdoor Which we stood in for our blessing and it was perfect.

Wow! We just hosted a joint 40th here for over 100 people and it was immense. The DJ (Rob) was great and played a playlist to our liking (for kids to). The bar staff were great. They stored all the food for us throughout the day and they tidied the venue up too.... so when I returned the following morning with a poorly head there wasn’t much for me to do. The garden was excellent, the lawn beautifully cut. Lots of tables, music outside and the kids were able to bounce between the play area and the dance floor. The biggest shout out goes to the security firm. Louie took me and my kids home as Steves were fully booked up. We can’t wait to book parties here in the future. The only constructive feedback I have would be opening the bar up more, as on occasion a queue would form. Otherwise massive thanks! Every one had the best time!

Had a joint family 40th birthday party at the Montagu last night. Great family venue, fantastic grounds and childrens' play area. Very friendly and helpful staff. A big thank you to the 2 security guards for all their help.

We booked the Montagu for our Dad's wake with provision of a buffet to cater for dietary needs. Crawford was very helpful and the buffet provided was plentiful and excellent. We appreciated the recyclable, re-usable and compostable packaging. The staff on the day were helpful and personable. The Montagu comes highly recommended.
