They have a lot of options and toppings to choose from to make your burger interesting.

Had such a lovely lunch here today. The chicken, bacon and waffles was incredible. The chicken is soooo good! Grant was our server, he was really nice and informative and friendly. Will definitely be back 😊

We visited Monterey Jack's on a Tuesday with a group of 19 people. The first round of drinks was very quick and delicious, and therefore promising. But shortly after, we discovered that this place doesn't handle large groups well.

The food took an insanely long time to arrive. (Some people had already finished eating before the others got theirs.) The portions were quite small and disproportionate. The Mexican salad was 90% nacho, with just a small handful of lettuce. Also, several adjustments weren't applied. And the Corn Ribs were very expensive for what you got (£7,50). In conclusion: Only the chicken dishes were actually good.

Wouldn't recommend this place, especially for large groups.

We visited Monterey Jacks for the first time in about a year and it was brilliant! We had a few mixed experiences previously but I'm not sure if there has been a recent change in staffing/management because the service today was brilliant. Rebekah was really friendly and checked in on us throughout. The Mac and cheese Nachos were amazing as always!

Lovely spot, great for allergies. I have celiac disease and had loads of options. Made adjustments to savoury waffles to create dessert waffles for the kids. Our server Grant was great!
