Do not believe the positive reviews about this company. They are blatantly fake as they either have very few reviews or they have the same name.
This company is a complete scam.
My partner ordered a bed from them recently. Despite expecting two parcels only one came.
We opened the box to find it was a completely different bed to the one we ordered.
The customer service to sort the issue has been terrible. They only reply at 3am and they don't take anything you've said into consideration.
Luckily we were covered by Amazon so we should be getting our refund through them.
However I feel really sorry for anyone that does order from them directly because I believe you will have a right headache in trying to get any money back from them at all for a product you definitely will not be happy with.
Don't listen to these 5* reviews because you can see there fake.
Take advice from someone who has witnessed an order with them recently because they should be reported to trading standards. I'm surprised Amazon even allows these sort of companies to represent them.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered a bed from them through the b&q Website. When it arrived one of the pieces were welded together wrong. Upon conplain to yaheetch I was told to *just turn the part around* after many back of forth telling them that it's welded this was I can't change it they told me they would send a replacement part in 24 hours. It's now been 72 and I have no idea what's going on because every time I ask for an update I just get the same message that the part will be sent out in the next 24 hours. I feel like this is one big scam of a website that are just in to take people's money

Absolute scam - don't buy!
Bed pictures online are not anything like the bed that arrived. It's flat headboard is awful.
Isn't manufactured as it is represented.
They won't accept they have made a mistake and collect it !!!!

Absolute SCAM
Brought 2 chairs came all dusty and faulty and loose. Like sitting on a brick wall and gave us a bad leg and back from one use! Sent them back via the thirds party still not had a refund! Emails are fake and necer answer their phone Colin doesn't even know his own email address!!!
