Not a bad place. Would be nice though if they did a bit more of a hot counter/food. Definitely have room for it and it's in a prime location on a busy road. Well stocked, well managed and lovely staff

Listed closing times are midnight. They are closed before 1045 most nights..unhelpful staff extremely rude. Especially the older woman in there. They are putting the morrisons name to shame. Makes me sad to be British

It's OK, but very narrow lanes by the pumps.
Gets busy for the 2 jet washes used mostly by taxis.
Expensive stuff in the shop, but OK for a quick stop.

Staff are lovely and clearly work very hard. However do beware of their prices when going through the checkout! Time and time again recently they have come up more than advertised. Sometimes an offer not recognised, other times just advertised as an out of date price. I worry how many people are losing out by not checking! Bad form to be lax on this at Morrison's central office who I presume are at fault. Happens so often that I can no longer just say it's a one off or accidental.

Awful experience, very rude staff member that I have spoken to over the phone after placing an order with them I shan’t ever be using them again. The only reason I put in the order was for calpol to help my child who’s in a lot of pain I am unable to get him to a shop and I don’t drive and we were absolutely desperate for medicine which my order updated to say out of stock but they will send the bread I ordered aswell on its own anyway, it says you can contact the shop to ask for small changes to be made so I asked for any substitution whatsoever for calpol she said we only have the baby calpol.. I said that’s fine, she puts the phone down to serve a customer without responding to me then comes back on the phone very rudely to tell me she will not be doing that even though they have it in stock and it’s the same price. So very rude as well as very unhelpful!!

I never had a bad experience like this petrol station with the car wash. The owner is just a horrible person. He comes at look at me as i wash my car and starring like i was stealing something. I asked if i can help him and he just started shouting that he is the owner and i am looking for troubles. I just asked why are you starring at me. He always has a problem. If you wipe you car, i m not allowed, if you spend time at the water pump, you are taking too long. I understand that he is the owner and it is a petrol station which will always have customers but he is rude and its not a way to treat a customer. I woud give 0 starts but is not possible.

The best local garage in the UK....
I've been to four corners of the UK and every petrol station in between..
Super friendly staff Great products reasonable prices, it's always my stop on the way back from work, and it's Great selection of fresh foods excellent Beers and wines, unrivalled in my opinion compared to anywhere within 40 miles..hot food to go coffee in the morning, awesome work ... thanks Lee lrscontacts Ipswich 👍👍

Friendly fresh food available good prices good for picking up some essentials but some items have only the expensive options. No cat litter which is a shame but good regular stop
