Wow, the Halloween extra spicy chicken pizza from the fresh pizza counter that I bought last week and froze until today was the spiciest pizza I've ever had, and I have had some pretty spicy ones. I've never never eaten food so spicy that it made my head sweat more than it does when I'm half way through a long run in blistering heat. After two slices I was concerned I might not be able to finish it, but other than the heat and a few coughing fits it gave me it was a nice pizza and I managed to keep going. After a while I got a little more used to the heat, but it was when I was around half way through that my head started sweating profusely, I soaked through several tissues. Fortunately didn't make me sweat anywhere else. Not sure if it was meant to be that hot, but I'm not complaining I would happily buy another. On the downside I'm noticing recently that this store takes longer to get through the checkouts on a late Saturday morning than it used to. Difficult to tell whether the store is actually any busier or whether they have not got as many checkouts open. But am often having to queue behind at least 3 or more other people in the last 3 or 4 weeks whereas in the past you often either got straight into a til or were only 1 or 2 people max behind. Today they had 5 or 6 checkouts open but there were 3 people in front of me and was soon a 5th person behind me at the checkout and other 5 or so checkouts were the same. There were other empty checkouts they could have opened if they had the staff, perhaps they don't, or perhaps they are cutting back? Or maybe it is oddly busier than normal for the time of year, but it is becoming a regular occurrence, not just a one off.

Great large Morrisons store. Really good offers on food and products. We used the cafe as well which was also great. Clean, fast and pleasant service. One of our tables had full English breakfasts and my table had burgers and chips with extra fresh salad. In fact the salad was lovely. Best side salad I've had. Great store and would recommend we visited on Saturday afternoon and although busy it wasn't too busy

If you can find what you want on the half empty shelves, they’ve closed almost all the manned tills, forcing people into self service. Half those tills never work and when you need help you get ignored as staff are too busy chatting between themselves at the other end of the till area

Very large store. Big car park plenty of spaces. Well stocked. Used cafe. Very nice. Two meals at the moment £12 plus free refills on drinks. Was looking for a couple of items and asked. Very pleasant members of staff helped. Had an area at the back of cafe for children to draw on pictures. Pens etc provided . Clean and lots of room. High chairs for very small children.

We visited while on holiday and without doubt this is the best supermarket I have ever been to. The whole place was clean and so welcoming. The staff went out of their way to help me. Car parking was easy and plentiful. All in all a first class experience.

Went to the cafe for a breakfast with my husband. We joined the queue and we had a little Chinese woman serve us. We ordered the food and then went to pay by card and she didn't know know which buttons to press. Called someone out of the kitchen and they said they really didn't know either. Then the checkout lady said she had it. Low and behold she didn't. There were now angry penshioners waiting. To make matters worse one of them let rip and it was awful. I had to pull my t.shirt over my nose, hubby did the same. We told her to cancel order, we then went to the ordering screen and ordered. 2 breakfasts came out apart from the little pot of beans the rest was cold. The breakfasts here used to be amazing they are not any more. Customer service is non existent.

It's a large supermarket with plenty of parking spaces and a cafe just inside on the right as you walk into the store. So far, I have been able to buy whatever I need, including clothes for adults and children, homeware, books, dvds. There's an in-store bakery, butcher and fishmonger. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful on the shop floor and the tills. There is also a tobacconists, lottery and an area as you walk in where they have seasonal items on offer.

I appreciate the wide aisles and ease of getting round the store. Especially like the fruit & veg Market and the cheese deli & cold cuts deli as there's always some delicious new item to discover ?
