I love the products in this shop but the service is so slow. It's not the staff its seems it the systems and processes. There needs to be more staff and quicker systems in place for returns and purchases.

They are so polite and helpful we'll keep going there for household items. Prices are very fair to fit most pockets in these difficult times.
The last furniture we bought came with a lovely Thank You card. It isn't a lot but it means they care.

If I could give this Mountain Warehouse shop zero stars I would. The woman behind the counter upon seeing my RNLI shopping bag said “I like the RNLI but I wished they’d stop bringing all of those immigrants into the country”. When I challenged her & said that the RNLI are a life saving charity who save all life irrespective of who they may be, she tried to change what she had said. I was so upset & shocked with her statement that I contacted the shop’s head office & a month later I’m still awaiting a satisfactory response.
Mountain Warehouse is a racist shop which will never get my business again.
