Great pricing and selection of things. I came for walking boots and was hoping for some help with fit and choice but the member of staff on the day didn’t do anything other than bring me sizes to try. I asked for recommendations and literally received no reply. As a new walker I felt one pair was a bit snug and so went up a half size. No one explained to me they can loosen up with use. The boots are massive on me and on my last walk o was sliding about in them and has caused issues. I’ll have to get a new pair now but I won’t be returning here as they don’t seem to do any support with fitting which I’ve since learnt from other people is essential for hiking boots and other shops do.

If you know what you need to go in and get then this mountain warehouse would be fine but if you need a fitting service or more advice on what to get steer clear. Wasted my money

Your usual MW store. Good selection of clothes for men, women and children, pretty good pricing too. Often struggle to find smaller women's clothing (across all the MW stores, which is frustrating as I like to try things on and not have to pay for postage!) Today I was also frustrated because the website said it sold The Three Peaks brand bags so we popped down (now a 40min drive as our nearest MW has shut down) and that brand isn't sold in that store. Left empty handed again and will end up having to pay for delivery again too :/

I selected an item from their warehouse with a view to buying further items at a later date. I selected to collect from the local store and when I came to pay, I noticed that they wanted to charge me for a further £2.50 for delivery. I will leave the items on their shelf and shop somewhere that doesn't try to ring out every last penny from customers.

Lots of sale choice but items too high to reach. Staff not approachable to ask for help. Didn't feel comfortable asking for help after they clearly saw me struggle to get coats from high up. Won't return.

Great place with very friendly, happy staff.
I rang up about gas & they put it to one side to collect next day. Lots of stock at varying prices. Can't wait for my next visit.
