Been in hospital at musgrove a few days now lots of dust on the grey boardings around seating eating area.food waste left on floor tables need a wipe.cant knock your food it’s nice and refreshing.but you need to act your hygiene and keep it clean it’s a hospital not butlins I see your looking for staff so I would get that sorted if I was you looks bad.kevin

Oh dear - a wait of 45 mins++ just for a coffee
Not sure why they are so slow - maybe they have to rely on just one machine - might be worth investing in another?
Didn’t really help when one staff member came out and apologised for the wait, but only to declare she wasn’t trained in using the till, toaster or coffee machine ?!?! One does wonder…

Would love to advise how this cafe could speed up and make more money at the same time…

Great place to shop and buy provisions for eating and drinking. You can also order item online and collect them from the store which is very convenient and M&S are open till 8pm which helps people who finish work after 5pm.

While I cannot be certain, I am reasonable sure I contracted a severe bout of food poisoning from a prawn pasta salad dish which I ate for lunch in your seating area on Monday. I was waiting for my partner who was undergoing chemo at the hospital. It is now Saturday and I am still feeling the effects. Added to this, my partner has now caught it from me which in her condition is serious. I would like to think in the light of this you might review your quality control measures on such products.

A good selection of convenience food and a good range for food allergy sufferers. Previously it was difficult to find meal options as a visitor so the M&S food hall is a welcome addition. Prices are at a slight premium but I'm not sure if that is the location or just that M&S is more expensive anyway.

The M&S Cafe is nice and close to Portman Ward. The supermarket is well stocked. But with the food the hospital supply you only need a light snacks if you are a pig like. (This is due to the type of medication that I am on).
