I visited this M&S outlet today after many stops at other suit retailers. M&S was one I didn't even consider. Boy I was very impressed, the assistant there, I think her name was Sandra, was so helpful. Advised me about how to choose, what to look for, and took the time and trouble to source my size in 2 different styles. After trying on and making my choice, I paid for the suit and a pair of shoes, Sandra also thanked me and left me very impressed with great Customer service. Top marks and thank you for the 5 star experience.

Fantastic value for a well fitted suit. Lots of choice. Friendly and efficient service. The lady by the tills today (I think she works for the menswear department) was absolutely brilliant and really helpful. The queue was long and looked daunting but moved quickly and we didn’t have a long wait.

I had a wonderful shopping experience at the Marks and Spencer’s outlet in Street and we were served by the lovely store manager Rachel and colleagues Kim and Sue who were super helpful and friendly !

A bit cramped and always busy.
Prices are cheaper than you get in your regular marks and Spencers but no exactly super cheap.
Does have a good selection for all the family when it comes to clothes.
This place does not sell food .
