Wonderful day making a large willow deer. Very good instruction and a lovely group of people to work with. Tasty lunch, too. Great to be able to go home with a fantastic sculpture along with some spare willow to continue fine tuning your deer. Would thoroughly recommend this experience!

We were recommended Musgrove Willows to provide a bespoke willow coffin for my father by Otter Valley funeral directors. I was fortunate to be able to discuss this with Dad during his last few weeks and fulfilled his wish to have a locally sourced willow coffin. The coffin was made to order and provided a fitting tribute to Dad and he would have been proud.

Item arrived damaged, contacted the company immediately after delivery , was told to bend back the broken upright , further communication was rude and unprofessional, basically implied we were lying about the damage. Mrs Musgrove called she was even ruder than her staff , she said she would not replace panel or offer compensation for the damage as it was now in situ , bearing in mind most of our communication was ignored and we were advised to unwrap the fence by email to check for further damage . We are now having to refer to trading standards as they are not willing to accept responsibility for the faulty goods .

Amazing place..so kind, professional and so brilliant at what they do. When we were told about Musgrove Willow by memorial woodlands, bristol and told we could help my daughters casket, we straight away said yes! It would be one of the last acts of love to bestow on our daughter.
The willow casket once all done looked beautiful and we have a stop motion video to show how it was made for us to look back on..the whole experience was lovely even though for a sad reason.
If you get the chance to go and help, do it, watching the process, seeing the staff and their expertise in person was unmissable.

Followed the instructions and planned my living willow tunnel it was delivered end of April but nearly half has died in 3 months I emailed them and there response was well it’s a living willow so it could die and you can always get more to infill. No costumer care at all very disappointed

Lovely experience, wonderful staff willing to go out of their way to help. Helping to weave the coffin is a wonderful opportunity, it allows you to weave lasting memory in what is otherwise a very sad time.

What brilliant, interesting, relaxed and productive day! Jay was a patient and clear teacher with amazing skills. The venue is fascinating with a tour thrown in. Hot drinks on tap and a lovely soup for lunch!

Two orders arrived absolutely as promised and beautifully packaged. The initial order of a 3 metre living willow dome had a very generous excess of all materials, leaving plenty of spares to allow for mistakes in building.

The dome itself looks lovely and was very straightforward to erect following the instructions provided.

All in all a really nice company and I have to say their prices for a willow dome are unmatched anywhere, so far as I could see.

Don't hesitate - I am sure you will find this family firm hard to beat!
