ordered over a week ago, still havent got my delivery was first time using this particular company and i think i shall go elsewhere in future, £10 shipping and cant even get the parcel out. Communication is absolutely useless. Let's hope if i ever see the products they are of better quality than the company itself.

I had placed an order MX83701 for some hand sanitizers from December 14th that stated there was free shiping to mainland UK on the website. Then proceeded to download the Shop app to observe the tracking.

Four days had passed and it was still preparing shipment on the Shop app. So I called up to check the progress, the agent sounded confused and had no idea that free shipping had been available, I dont even think he knew what day it was. He stated that he had to contact the manager and would call me back in 5 mins.

Two hours passed and no call back so called MX wholesale orders no reponse, called from another number and got the same guy. He then explained that free shipping was not availble...So then the items were missold and it would have just been left in a limbo state! Asked for refund as I didnt want to deal with them anymore as it seems like the company is been ran by amateurs!

Scam! Ordered a week ago, was told on Thursday that items will be delivered today by dpd. No delivery, no tracking info. Contacted dpd, no delivery exists for my address. This company takes your money yet will not fulfill orders and blatantly lie to you.
Definitely do not place large orders, thankfully I didn’t.

Very Bad experience with MX wholesale placed an order on 18 May and made a bank transfer for the particular order it's almost 21 days my order is still is in pending status. I have provided each and every evidence for the payment through email but they are not responding to my email and when I contact their support phone number every time they say we will call you back and nobody can contacts me and it's going for 21 days.
First experience was so worst not recommended for any kind of Purchase.

Don’t waste your time - straightforward order placed 2 weeks ago, still not sent. Called a couple times to be told that sales team would call back with update - they didn’t - also don’t respond to emails.

Don't bother if you go to store for shopping. No price list. Everything messed all-over. No care of customers. Waste of time.

I placed an order with these people then panicked after seeing a lot of bad reviews. After a week of radio silence with my PayPal payment left pending, they contacted me requesting I make a bank transfer for the sum instead, which was over £200.

To be honest, after reading all the bad reviews I was glad that the transaction didn’t go through. But to ask me to pay via a method without the protections offered by PayPal or credit card payment seemed pretty dubious.
