I had such a lovely experience at Nando’s! The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, full of flavour, and cooked perfectly. What really made the visit stand out was the amazing customer service. The young lad who served us was so friendly, polite, and attentive — he really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. All of the staff were incredibly accommodating and welcoming, creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere.

Overall, it was a wonderful visit, and I’ll definitely be coming back soon. Highly recommend this Nando’s for both the food and the fantastic service!

Best service I've had at Nandos. Server was Catherine, made conversation, very friendly and helpful. Good service doesn't happen often so should be commended when it happens. The other server was also very polite.

Food was good and fast, a great first experience for my son's first nandos.

I thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Family platter was more than enough for 6 people. Bottomless soda. My kids were a bit disappointed the Ice-cream machine was broken on that day tho. But overall we still enjoyed the meal.

A great place for a family meal, we were seated with no booking straight away despite it being quite busy. Food delivery is quick and staff are attentive. The food was delicious and hot, great selection 👌 the Portuguese tarts were 😍
Changed to 5 star as I can't think of any reason for a mark down 😀

Just been to this Nando’s in Mansfield for takeaway dinner after a long day work. Never being so disappointed with the food. Served burnt rice and old withered long broccoli, far from being fresh. Nicole and team can do better.

The butterfly chicken here is really cooked very tasty. I like to go to this place sometimes and treat myself to delicious food. But unfortunately there are problems with the service staff, I have been here many times and have not seen a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. After all, it is very important how you are greeted in the establishment and what mood the service staff brings. This is the only negative that I pay attention to. Otherwise everything is quite good.

Very rude lady slammed my glass on a table she’s young brunette with glasses and took ages sorting out id’s out after it took her five minutes to figure out our ages. She came across alright at first serving us with a smile then once she slammed said glass down she just moved away really fast without any communication to us at the table. It is freezing in here and my beer glass was warm in addition to all of this no ice in the machine and no toilet roll . Over all not happy!
