The food was really nice and very flavourful. I only have one problem, the lady who was making my cheesy chips with sauce was using her bare hands grabbing a handful of cheese and putting it on then she went and put sauce on. She then made the other cheesy chips with sauce and used her bare hands again. I find this a bit unsanitary but it wouldn’t be a problem if there was just a quick hand wash in between or if there was a spoon or tongs for the cheese! Just something to think about

I have never left a negative review before, but in this case, I feel compelled to do so. I’ve been a frequent international visitor to Portadown for over 20 years and have always felt warmly welcomed by the locals.

During my current trip, I called this establishment last Friday evening to place a takeaway order. A woman answered the phone. I asked if I could order something for pick up, and she abruptly hung up. Surprised, I called again. The same woman answered, and as I began to place my order, she started mocking my non-local accent in an aggressive tone. I told her this wasn’t acceptable and ended the call. We ended up ordering from another chippy in town instead.

While the management of this shop is free to hire whomever they choose, I hope local residents consider supporting the many other excellent businesses in town that show kindness and respect to all customers.

Food was nice not the greatest I've had but still very tasty, but could not complain at the value. Great value box deals could feed a family for decent money. Fast service, food was hot and the place spotless with uniformed staff. Parking was easy and handy to get in and out of. No complaints

Lovely food. Chips are proper chips the way the should be....perfect balance between fluffy potato and crispy and yes...tasty!
Great gesture for kids just back to school yesterday with chips and chicken nuggets looking after the young uns!

The big is a bargain,£9 for some chips 2 chicken strips 2 fish goujouns 2 onion rings one sausage and a sauce of your choice and also have a funny online presence, good people selling good food at good price nothing bad to say
