Tried to purchase something small for a card payment, but was met with a rude attitude by a woman in her 50s and told there was a minimum of a £6 spend on a card. Had it been 2 or three quid and not spoke to like scum I might have picked up a drink or something to make it up. What's the need for a £6 min spend? Money grabbers and rude. I won't be back.

Possibly one of the worst village shops I’ve ever come across. I really feel sorry for the local residents who rely on this shop. Thankfully a Tesco is slowly killing this shop off & with any luck it will be gone soon. FYI, if you devoted more of the space currently being used to sell off obsolete monitors, ancient laptop bag & ridiculously overpriced pc speakers, & have it to stock, you wouldn’t look like tramps & may have a more viable business.

Overpriced very run down shop, no prices on items. To use card need to spend minimum £6. Thought this had to stop. Wouldn't of bothered, but my usual place for lunch was closed unexpected.

If there was an option for -5 stars that would be a generous rating for both the shop and the rude man behind the till with customer service skills good enough to serve ... Well I'm not sure. Clearly not me as he refused to take my money all because I had someone on the phone whilst I was walking around the shop. My phone went into my bag after I placed the bottle of juice on the counter infront of him and got my purse out my bag. All for him to not look at me even until he finally did and asked f I could read and pointed at his sad little sign that states they don't serve people whilst they are on the phone. When my phone was in my bag by this point which is a little strange so if you go to this shop make sure you know what you need as you can't use your phone to call anyone to double check!!! LOL. Even so I wouldn't bother as the shop is as good as empty they don't even have bread it's like an equivalent to a shop version of a boot sale in there. This was my first attempt at visiting this shop as I have one at the top of my road but thought I'd give this one a go, being 31 weeks pregnant and walking there all to be greated by that silly excuse of a human I know now not to bother again! For anyone who does visit please get your phones out just to piss him off. Lol how rediculous.
