Company were pathetic after their vitamins for kids contained 'hazardous chemicals'. I was notified via amazon and Nature's Aid ignored all messages and gave purposefully vague updates regarding the situation when many parents were worried. Wouldn't go near any of their products.

wouldn't trust Natures Aid.

After they found out from their supplier there is a higher level of a hazardous chemical that affects health in their Omega 3 oil for infants and small children they quietly withdrawn a whole batch from the market - not addressing customers that were already using it!

They are refusing to show any testing results and previous batches were never tested. They refusing to specify the chemical found elevated.

NA informed 250 worried parents (via third party) that previous batches are safe, but refuse to back it with any relevant information.

Public statement re this was changed at least two times, all questions are dismissed by turing comments off

I've been giving my children the DHA mini drops for 19 months and have just found out from Amazon that the product has been recalled due to hazardous chemicals. The product is for babies from 3 months. This company needs to be investigated immediately.

Been using Natures Aid for about 4 years now and order around every 6 weeks, however I was disappointed to receive an empty box with no product inside it on one occasion and today an out of date product. Little details!! My wife has just tried to send it back and the auto message was "This item is ineligible for return". Will take you off repeat order and look elsewhere thankyou. Going to go with another UK competitor. Can't fault your product but cheerio.

And it was my last day today but seems like taking a holiday off work. I know I will miss you guys. Natures Aid has got the best team ever in my experience in the United Kingdom. You are all amazing. I will love to work with you all over and over again. I am only stepping aside to take a little holiday but hopefully will join you all soon. And may the God of peace who in Christ Jesus has brought life and immortality to light through the gospel, may he keep you all in his peace and love and continually make you that great family we have enjoyed. You are all loved.

Have had the premium rose water for some years now, but my latest order x 3 bottles arrived leaking and the usual plastic dispenser tops were not present in any( hence the leak!) really disappointed.
