Unfortunately you can’t leave minus 5 stars. Wanted to drop some parcels off to which I received nothing but rudeness from someone with about 3 teeth.
Complained stating they didn’t get paid for parcels then even asked me to move them into the collection bin at the back of the shop stating they didn’t get paid for that either.
Shouldn’t be allowed in public let alone run a shop.
Everyone please take note and go elsewhere. There’s a perfectly polite store at Annitsord who will gladly take your parcels.

Went to this shop today to return a parcel through collect+ (using the return instructions and label provided by the company I was sending the return to), only to be told "Sorry sweetheart, it's too big and the driver will whinge". It was a box with winter boots in - so on the large side, but not heavy at all and not ridiculously large. On top of which, surely it is the driver's job to collect parcels of all sizes!? Especially as collect+ / yodel was the required and only return option. I ended up taking the parcel to the lifestyle express store at Eastfield, who took it no problem.

Attempted to drop off a Yodel parcel today to be met with an extremely rude 'welcome'. Clearly unable to cope with the amount of parcels. Go somewhere else for your parcels.
