Bought nike trainers which last around 3 months long. The faux leather started to break down. Recently found out that Nike has got a warranty up to two years to refund for the items that are faulty.
Now trying to contact the seller, but did not get any reply.

Came here with my 7 year old to buy some trainers with her giftvoucher. She found some air max and the assistant boxed them up and took to till. We purchased then drove home. We live over 2 hours away in Norfolk. When we got home we found out the assistant had boxed up 2 right foot trainers in different sizes. Called store and spoke to manager to try and organise a postage of correct pair and even offered to post the incorrect ones back, I've been told I can only have a refund or exchange is I ho back to that store. Explained I live 2 hrs away. They do not care. The outlet store we have here won't help either..nike.com just tell me to contact store. Just going round in circles. And in the middle a devastated little 7 year old girl who no longer has her gift card or her trainers. Absolutely appalled at the service here and nike as a whole.

Nike at Freeport! Every time I drive past Braintree I stop here because I think I may be missing out on a bargain.

Some days, it feels like a normal shopping trip. I was there at the beginning of September, just before school reopens. There was nothing specific I wanted, it was quite busy, and reductions were just normal. Other days, I have been there and they have been having huge sales.

In November 2022 I left the Nike shop with a couple of men's tracksuits that cost around UK45 each (for tops and bottoms), and on my best trip there a couple of years ago they were virtually giving things away, and left with 3 huge carrier bags with about 20 items costing around UK100.

If you're able to visit occasionally, ask the staff when there is a major restocking due, that seems to be when the big sales come on.

You can get some good bargains here, plenty of shoes. We was disappointed by the selection of clothes for kids, only a couple of racks of stuff.
