There is one employee in particular that has terrible customer service! He always has been on the phone when he has been serving me at the till, he doesn't say hello, thank you and goodbye! He has never asked me if I want my receipt and he never smiles! How he hasn't been sacked by now is beyond me!

Really nice store after all the new fittings etc. sadly one of the new staff (wears baseball cap) stinks of his joints that he smokes by the bins. He also gobs his phlegm into his mouth and swallows it while standing at the till. So I would rather walk up to Tesco thank you
