Unfortunately, pricing is always incorrect and misleading! And by now I think it is intentional as we raised this issues many times and nothing changed. This is really disappointing for the shop that serves the community. Maybe you earn couple of pounds extra but broke the trust so I would rather go to Sainsbury's.

After another disappointing experience at this shop decided this was the last straw. The ice creams I bought were clearly defrosted and refrozen, half-melted and in poor condition. This isn’t the first time the quality has been an issue. On top of that, the pricing is often misleading and incorrect. I urge others to avoid purchasing anything packaged here since the quality can’t be inspected beforehand. Or not buying there at all, as when there is an issue - suddenly no one can speak English.

Your get charged a different price at the til, til receipt is NOT itemised so it covers up the errors... Be Aware.

PS. I polish girl behind the til is not the owner & it is not her fault.

This place is suppose to accept Yodel parcel collection & drop-off according to Yodel store locator, but they Don't..!

A tad cramped but that isn't so much an issue as they have a lot of products! You can always find what you're looking for in there, and they have good opening hours as well so if you're stuck on a Sunday evening needing stock cubes as I was, a trip to Nisa saved my day. They have a good stock rotation as well, and every time I visit there's some new items. They have a lot - from tinned produce, to frozen, fresh fruit and veg, some bakery items, and lots of confectionery. You can also top up gas and electricity here. The staff are friendly and efficient too, and the store is clean. Would recommend.

Very convenient for those living in the estate as the closest supermarket Waitrose is a mile away by walk. Lots of different products from essentials to fresh produce is available here. There's even a small bakery with limited choice. I shop here regularly. Always find what I need. If not, there's someone who can help. Prices are higher than in supermarkets. I wouldn't do my weekly shop here but would go for top ups or once off urgent needs.

Decent shop with large range of products. They have standard British fare, Eastern European items, Italian biscuits, Filipino products. Not large amounts but great to see.

They do have fresh items, but clearly not in high demand as sometimes mouldy.

They need to sort out the queuing method, as always some confusion.

Great for the essentials and never had issues with the staff.

Great range of Latvian, Lithuanian diary products, frozen dumplings. Staff is friendly, polite and helpful. I am using Yodel collection point and delighted to confirm it's very convenient! They also provide DPD delivery service.
