If I could rate it lower I would
We called in this store to collect a Too good to go bag, which I had previously ordered
When I mentioned this to the only member of staff there,he didn't have a clue what is was asking for. Even though the Too good to go logo was in the store. Eventually he seemed to understand, and then disappeared. He returned with tied up carrier bag, which I then paid for.
When we got home and opened the bag, we were HORRIFIED to find the following 1 bottle of orange 1 bottle of tonic water 1 bag of Peanuts and a tube of Steradent. The two bottles were three months out of date, the Peanuts were dated last month. The Steradent yes Steradent. That's a laugh. None of us have false teeth.
The idea of these bags is to provide a meal. We have had several of these bags from other supermarkets and have been very good. Nothing out date, just edible items.
To give us a bag like that is beyond a joke. I will taki g back in the morning. More importantly this is a really bad and a careless practice which could poison someone, and I think should be reported to the correct authority

Extremely expensive! Post Office is under staffed during busy times! On the plus side they have the only ATM in the village inside!

I work near by and I said under my breath that the shop has gone down hill. The owner then came from behind the counter to within a inch of my face arguing with me and then bande from the store. I have tried calling to get the Owners name and post office number, if anyone has any details concerning this please let me know. The owners act of coming from behind the counter in a aggressive manner and very confrontational act needs to be addressed and I will not let him get away from the most disgraceful customer service I have ever experienced. I should also add that I am a loud to have my own opinion. Just like if someone comes into my place of work and has something to say which the customer is entitled to say.
There's a line that has been crossed and I will not stand for it! I have read all the other comments and most have said the same thing about their customer service which was terrible. I am going to take this further to also speak for all that think and have had a similar experience as I have had.

Queued out of the shop. Three members of staff , only one in the post office. Waited 30 mins to post one parcel. One of the staff didn’t have a clue what he was doing and really shouldn’t be working in the post office. The place is freezing cold, the staff are wearing coats, hats, gloves and scarves. Stock all over the floor, trip hazards everywhere. The women who work there are nice enough but there are never enough staff to cover the post office and the shop.

Went here today in my mobility scooter. Had to move a trolley so I could get past. Didn't know the post office part was bigger as dont use the po much. Only for the girl behind the counter to say. Look at this big poster saying Post Office. Very rude. Needs to learn how to be polite. Not a very good shop for people like myself who have mobility scooters.

When I usually shop here the staff are lovely, however i went two days ago (20/03) and the lady on the tills was very rude. I went to post a package and she was very dismissive and condescending. I dont know how she got a job in customer service to be honest. Id accidently taken a hermes package to this londis instead of the Coltishall londis. My mistake I know but Ive not lived in the area long so it's an easy one to make. I didnt argue or anything I just went up to the till and didnt even say anything before she rudely blurted out "first of all the post office is closed right now and even if it was open we wont post that its hermes. Read the box". I then said "oh okay" and she just stood there in silence and I walked out. I was planning on buying items at the shop as well but I went elsewhere as I was so shocked and unhappy with how I was spoken to. Would have complained but not sure how or who to. She really shouldn't be
working there, she's losing them customers. Update for Ajay: This happened at around 2pm on Saturday. Thank you for looking into it.
