What a fantastic team! No2 Pound Street recently helped us by creating the wedding cake of cheese we dreamed about! From beginning to end, Justin and the rest of the team offered support, guidance and advice to help bring our beautiful wedding cake to life.

It was an absolute masterpiece and the talk of our wedding! If you are looking for a wedding cake with a difference, I would wholeheartedly recommend the team at No2 Pound Street.

Popped in today to spend a voucher I got at Christmas. Bought 3 cheeses after tasting them. Really pleased and tasty. The Westcombe had spent 31 months aging, 28 of those months at No.2 - incredible. Would love to see Majestic Wine style "tasting notes". The chap who served us was incredibly knowledgeable but I have mostly forgotten what he said

There's no denying that there is an excellent choice of cheese, wines and other foods here. I loved it when it also operated as a wine bar. I've been to many like it in mainland Europe and love the concept but haven't found many in the UK so it was quite a rare find. Unfortunately it's now just a wine and cheese shop. Two points deducted for removal of wine bar.

I wanted a cake of cheese to accompany our wedding evening buffet but left it just a little late to organise, however, Nicola was fantastic from start to finish. We got exactly what we wanted within our planned budget & within 2 weeks - including a taster box to try different cheese options before making our final choices.
Our wedding guests thought it was a great addition to the evening buffet, so much so that there wasn't much leftover (which we hoped would be the case)!
Thank you Nicola & No.2 - the whole process was easy & you were great helping us get it sorted in a very small timeframe!!!

I love the Baron Bigod cheese – so creamy and delicious! We first discovered it at the Christmas market stall last year and made a return visit to the shop this year for another purchase. I also tried the New York chocolate cookie, and it was amazing! Highly recommended.

Myself and my husband went for an evening of wine tasting and was the first time visiting the venue. we were greeted by Joe and from the second we arrived were made to feel so comfortable and welcome. The wine and cheeses were fantastic, we enjoyed the variety very much. Both had a great knowledge of the wines and kept it entertaining! We already can’t wait to return. Thank you
