I walked into the shop on 20th January 2022 desperate need of a bed for my daughter the owner was very helpful I asked what stock she had in and when could I get it delivered I was amazed at how helpful and easy it was to make my mind up I received the bed the next day then stupid me couldn't put the headboard on thought the mattress was too big for the bed so rang the shop and to be amazed again the owner sat on the phone with me for around 1hr trying to help me out I still didn't get it right she then offered to come to my house to help me which I accepted but after an hr after the call I eventually realised I'd been doing it wrong I called the shop back to say I'd done it and she was no longer needing to come the customer service I received from the owner was phenomenal I will be back for my bed when the time comes thank you so much for going above and beyond my daughter is now sleeping silently and comfortable in bed Happy baby equals happy parents 😊
