I’ve recently Purchased a Nissan Navara Truck from Northstarsussex and I’m really pleased with the whole experience Brian was very friendly and very helpful indeed his knowledge on these vehicles is Excellent .
The team did not put any pressure on the sale or look over my shoulder while I was viewing the truck. On collecting the truck I was told we’ve put new tyres all round for you so that was an unexpected juicy bonus !

I brought this Jaguar from Northstar, and the service is the I’ve experienced from any dealer. I asked for certain things to be looked and dealt with, of which they were. I called to ask if they would paint the calipers red whilst they were servicing they car, at my expense, I wasn’t asking them to do it for free, and they did it for me for free. They got the car up to date in every way regarding servicing. The experience I had was exceptional and, a big thank you to Brian with whom I dealt with. I would definitely recommend going here for a purchase if they have what you want.

Bought a Nissan Qashqai in March 2024. 8 years old but only 33000 miles. Just over 3 months later I had to pay £2500 for a new gearbox. Now, after less than 5000 miles, I've had it serviced by my usual mechanic, who says he can't see that it was serviced before I bought it, that the air filter looked as if it had done 3 times my mileage, and that he'd had to repair a brake fluid leak. I've also had trouble with various warning lights, none of which proved to have indicated a genuine problem. I'm not necessarily blaming North Star for any of this, but it's not been a happy experience!

Would give a zero star if I could! Made an appointment to test drive and buy a car for my daughter, drove 45 mins to turn up to it being sold to someone else. Wouldn’t have minded if they had called to save us a trip! Would not recommend this company to anyone!

Having rigorously researched the car model and price on Autotrader and elsewhere I bought a VW High Up! and was very pleasantly surprised by the excellent service, presentation and delivery of this vehicle. The car was beautifully valeted, paperwork was efficient, staff were delightful. Over the years I have bought many new and used vehicles costing several times the price of this little runabout but this was my best ever experience. Thoroughly recommended.
