I recently had the experience of buying a car from Northpoint Car Sales of Ware.
From the moment i stepped foot on the sales forecourt Nick the owner was incredibly friendly and approachable, listening to my needs in looking for another car for myself and family.
His patience and level of understanding was insightfull, and helped me narrow down my choices to support me in making the right choice and decision.

What I appreciated most about Nick is that he is respectful, and has this non-pressurising attitude which gives you a chance to breath.
Nick suggested to me to take time to go away and think about my future purchase, allowing me to feel unrushed, even though I knew deep down he has helped me choose the right car for me.
Nick is very proffessional and his knowledge of cars is astounding, his professionalism, patience and understanding is everything you require when making a investment in a car.
I have recommended Nick to my friends who i know have also purchased a car from Nick, he is very hard working and diligent.
I think independants are great to buy from, they care and have to care to survive, and Nick is a testimont to this.

Bought my car literally a year ago and spent £1,000 on it already not very happy and Nick very very lazy I even had to fill up the petrol to take it home as he couldn’t be bothered don’t buy from here as they don’t care lots of problems with car after 6 months warrenty services not carried out properly! Avoid at all costs!
