I'm not from the area and was in a rush to get to the airport and needed a screen protector for Samsung S24 Ultra.
Robyn recommended a fair priced protector even though there was a more expensive option available in store. She even fitted it for me there and then. She was very friendly and did an excellent job. A true credit to your company. Thank you.

I’ve just recently got a new phone and as always I was planning to pop in here and buy it to get some advice, help setting it up and sort out my contract but I got my previous phone quite a while ago and I suddenly remembered that when I got that phone from here they made no effort whatsoever to help me actually set up the phone (I had real issues getting even the SIM card in!) it was so frustrating after they’d been so helpful with sorting the contract etc for me they didn’t help with the actual device - help that someone like me who knows nothing about technology and is disabled could really need. I thought that was pretty bad for a big company like o2. So when I got my new phone this time my brother got it for me online and set it all up for me - I shouldn’t have to feel I have to ask family for help if I need assistance in store then assistance should be provided. You charge a lot for phones now the least you can do is make sure customers are happy to set it up and work it.

Not too sure what this recent review about racism was about? What a load of rubbish. I have bought multiple things from this store, and Billy was the one who served me too. He helped me get a brand new phone and contract, also helped me trade in and get a new phone with the old one giving a great discount. They were all very friendly and I would highly recommend this store. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Charming and helpful staff. They were all let down by Billy's racist comments about another colleague, right in front of a poster of their own policy on discrimination. He must have thought I'd laugh along. I didn't.

Ive been provided my mobile through this store for a number of years. I stick with them because the service and support they offer me is exceptional. Today Billy (manager) and Robyn went the extra mile for me accepting and smashing a challenge I set them.

Dropped into the store late on a Saturday wanting to pay a bill to close down a data contract. Store team were super friendly + helpful and got my issue resolved quickly, despite being ready to close up for the day.

After heaps of frustration going in circles with automated phone + online chatbots, it was a relief to speak to a lovely customer service team who were willing and able to help.

Been with O2 for years and it's disappointing that 'customer service' is now automated channels, which are incapable of handling anything challenging or unexpected. Meanwhile you've got great in-store human teams who are encouraged to push existing customers into self-serve support channels rather than offer in person advice. It's not a great customer experience.

Do better O2 + thank you HH store O2 team.

Went to pick up my new iPhone 13, The two lads in there where very helpful. Very knowledgeable and tried to up sale me a case which is definitely okay with me! It’s their job after all! Perfect service from start to finish.

Before o2 I actually was in Vodaphone where I walked out dude to their “sales tactic” so 02 won me over for sure
