Buying was easy with great quality furniture withvery helpful sales staff bought well over £1000 in three items sorted delivery was advised to just pay the minimum amount as we had just moved into our wardened bungalow so we could unpack at our leisure however we where given a delivery time and told they would ring about 45 mins before this is where it went sideways they turned up 2 hours early no warning telephone call therefore my wife who is in her 70s was alone the men refused to bring it through the rear door which is wider and also easier than the front and dumped it in the hallway my wife was told that’s all the help you get for the minimum amount paid and where very rude to her when I arrived home to find my wife in 😭 a great buying experience but terrible delivery
Therefore it might be better to pay £100 for the more courteous professional experience will never use this company again

If there something below 1 star will do it, the most ridiculous customer service I have ever seen, delivered my corner sofa broken after 3 months waiting and just replied errors happen it’s your decision to take it or wait another 3 months for a new one!!! They creat the problem and asked me to sort myself out of it, worst experience ever will never repeat it again, never recommend it to anyone

I ordered some bedroom furniture back in June. Our experience in store was very positive and the furniture is lovely, but be careful with home delivery. I had paid for the help assembling the bedroom furniture. Booked the date and my mum drove 1.5 hours down to my flat to be there for the delivery because I was staying in hospital while my dad had cancer treatment. My mum waited there for several hours until I had a text saying that my delivery would be rearranged and that she had given up half of her day, while my dad was dying, for nothing.
The next date that was given, the delivery guys turned up but made the entire experience very stressful. Initially they complained that they hadn’t been told by their boss that the flat was on the first floor and were angry about this. They commented on my age, saying I’m too young to be a doctor (my title on the booking order). They continuously complained about the furniture that I’d chosen, saying it’s ugly and poor quality at OF and saying they didn’t like the colour of it. They complained that they had not had training for how to assemble this particular type of bed and that it was awful. They were also angry, saying that they hadn’t been given enough time for the delivery and that I’d now made them late for their later deliveries. I was really uncomfortable the whole time that they were there. When they left, they left polystyrene all over the grass in front of the block of flats.
A really negative experience for me, although in store itself was ok.

Shopped here before good quality furniture, just didn't have what we wanted this time.
Salesman good ,polite not pushy in any way.
Only gripe was the music, it's like going to a night club.
I did ask the Salesman about it apparently it helps keep people in the shop!.

We recently visited the store to purchase my mother a new settee, the service we received was extremely good.
Amanda and Karen were very customer focused spending the time to explain the process and terms in detail.
They were both very approachable and calm which made the purchase easy.
The store itself is very clean and tidy.

Have used oak furniture store in Yeovil previously. Very helpful friendly staff. Helped us choose the right sofas also They don't try and sell you extras if not required. If our new sofas are as good as the oak furniture we purchased here, we will be extremely happy.

Great service in shop ..paid for premium delivery ..not cheap ..let down twice ..However paid that back in full with no arguing ,great service I thought..re-arranged another delivery slot inly to be cancelled yet again . Next delivery 3 days away , really annoying
