Unloading is fast and everything is fine.
But the territory is planned for horse-drawn carriages. Opposite the unloading bay is a useless lawn with a high concrete border where it is easy to damage the truck.
It is not safe.
They would have at least planted flowers there so that there would be some use for this.

Basically they are unloading at the fixed booking .. But today 3h at the bay and still nothing ... 1 month later nothing changed ...you have to be on time... to wait "countless " on the bay .In the past, it was not like that.

If your loading it's not too bad but you will have to turn around in the yard or your doing a blind side, if your unloading it's the same although a bit tighter. Office staff & yard staff are friendly & helpful.

Overall very good and easy loading and unloading reverse is blind side but overall very good one of the easiest drops/tips I have done. Hgv 1 driver, when you arrive at the barrior take paperwork to the window on the left they fill out some paperwork and allocate a bay as simple as that reverse on the bay then staff unload you no handball open back doors that's it. Really simple.

When you arrive at the barrier don't press the intercom there's a goods in window to you'r left. Hand in the papers with the reference once booked in they will give a bay number leave the paperwork in the trailer once tipped on green light pull off signed paperwork Will be in the back.

After being on the end of aggressive behaviour from a Romanian. I had to leave this place after being on the verge of a full time contract.

Still not had anyone call to see what happened but I guess that’s because I’m English.

I feel sorry for the customers who have to touch the food after it hasn’t been picked by someone who ha been toilet and not washes there’s hands.

Professional enough I spose. Strange place for getting on a bay as it's an anti clockwise layout. Friendly & helpful but nothing really signposted to tell you where to go.
