The place is sadly quite run down. The head rests of the chairs are hard and crinkly from other people's heads. The toilets are in a state. We still come here regularly, but the place has seen better days for sure. Staff is nice though.

Great cinema, friendly helpful staff. But the cinema really needs to have the heating on during the winter. Been a few times this year and on a couple of occasions it has been extremely cold in the cinema, not very nice when you're cold throughout the film.

We love the recliners they elevate the whole movie experience. It was great to be able to pay for snacks on the automated kiosk. The lack of cleanliness, with popcorn and other rubbish strewn all over main areas and toilets was disappointing. I understand this is down to inconsiderate customers but it did detract from the usually pleasant experience.

My favourite cinema! The seats are amazing, and we won't be able to use any other cinema again. You can lie back with the amazing reclining seats, and it has small tables with cup holders. It's super comfortable, the screens are big, and it's completely accessible.

I saw Wicked for a second time at this cinema. Weekday lunchtime viewing. We didn't queue for anything which was great. I only realised once I'd brought my pram in that our seats were up some stairs, but I left the chassis at the bottom of the stairs and carried the carseat up with me, so it wasn't a problem.
The reclining seats are very comfy with a good amount of leg room.

Wow iv never been to a cinema this advanced and this comfy!! Such a great place to visit! It's a bit pricey but you definitely get your money's worth! Although the confectionery is slightly overpriced, the fact that there is a Costa is genius too, I do love a Hot drink while watching a movie, but most cinemas are pants with regards to hot drinks.

On a separate note though, the kids absolutely loved their time, and iv never been so comfortable sitting for so long. It's definitely a place to go if you want to really treat someone or your kids.

Just dealt with a guy called Simon at Switch Island, who was very helpful and friendly. I'd made a mistake with my booking and he very patiently took his time to fix everything. He couldn't have been nicer.
