Absolutely in love with my pine mantel shelf. Fantastic quality and appearance. The finish is the perfect mix of modern and rustic which suits our home perfectly. Installation was really easy too as the product has keyhole fixings on the back. Overall, I can’t fault Off the Grain and would recommend them to friends and family.

I've had oak shelving and coat rack from Off the Grain. Wonderful wood and made with care, great quality. Now I'm ordering desk and chair and no doubt there will be more to come. Assembly has never been a problem everything is included. Delivery is good, everything arriving in good order, well packaged, and on time. Lovely to support a local company.

We bought this lightweight mantle for our fireplace and we love it! It’s great quality, and darker in colour than we thought which we’re actually really pleased about. It was easy to install and a quick delivery time. A really good buy, and great value for money

Awful experience buying a green 10-hook coat rack. Took over 1 month to arrive and when I finally got through to customer services there was an apology but no reason given, it seems they had simply forgot or overlooked the order. When it did arrive the coat rack had broken in transit. Parts of it are made from MDF (so much for 'off the grain') and it was stapled together! Not worth £110. After complaining I was told it was probably to do with the courier and I got my money back, but I 100% think it was just a poor quality product that fell apart in transit. I bought a much nicer product from Cotsowld Co. That arrived quickly in one piece

I purchased a 100cm oak mantle via B&Q who sold on behalf of off the grain. The delivery was faster than quoted which I was pleased by and the item is absolutely stunning. Really sets off the fireplace we put into our new build home. Adding much needed character and charm. 100% recommend and will be using in the future too.

I recently ordered two Solid Oak Walnut Coat Racks after viewing them on their website. I opted to collect the items as I don’t live too far away. I had to change the collection date as the man who was fitting them during a room conversion had a cancellation and was coming a week early. I contacted the company and a very helpful lady was very polite and assured me that she would ensure the items were ready. True to her word they were. The contacted me and I was able to collect them for the professional to fit. Moving on to the items themselves - we are absolutely delighted with the quality and the colour and they are perfect for our conversion. We are very happy with both product and service levels and would recommend them

Shelves were initially supplied with holes too shallow for the fixings but Dominic phoned us personally and offered to replace them with new ones. Phenomenal customer service and the shelves themselves look incredible!
